Nova Roofing & Restoration

  • Do you help with emergency situations?

Yes. We provide emergency tarping and temporary repairs to help protect your home until permanent repairs can be completed.
  • Do I need to be home for my inspection?

Not always. In many cases, we can complete an exterior inspection while you're away and review our findings with you afterward. If interior access is needed, we'll schedule a convenient time with you
  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, Nova is fully licensed and insured.
  • Do you work with insurance companies?

Yes. Insurance claims can be confusing. We help homeowners understand the process, explain paperwork and coverage, document damage, and answer questions along the way. When needed, we also communicate directly with your insurance company to help keep the process moving.
  • Do you repair storm damage, including damage caused by hail, wind, and heavy rain?

Yes. We repair storm damage caused by hail, wind, and other severe weather. From roofing, gutters, and siding to interior damage caused by roof leaks, including ceilings, walls, and insulation, we can help restore your home. Emergency tarping and temporary repairs are also available when needed.
  • Do you offer warranties on roof replacements?

Yes. We stand behind our work. Most roof replacements include both a workmanship warranty from Nova Roofing & Restoration and a manufacturer's warranty on the roofing materials. We'll explain the warranty coverage for your project before work begins.
  • How do I know if my roof needs to be repaired or replaced?

If you're asking the question, it's probably worth having it inspected. We'll evaluate your roof, take clear photos, explain what we find, and let you know whether a repair, replacement, or no action is recommended.
  • Will my roof replacement be completed in one day?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in one day. Larger or more complex roofs or weather delays may require additional time.
  • What areas do you serve?

We serve the Greater Kansas City and Wichita areas.
  • How much does a roof repair cost?

Every repair is different, so the cost depends on the extent of the damage and the materials involved. After inspecting your roof, we'll explain what we found, discuss your options, and provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins.
  • How soon can my roof replacement be scheduled?

We can typically schedule roof replacements within about one week. Timing may vary depending on the season, weather, and material availability. We'll discuss your estimated timeline during your consultation and keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Do you offer free inspections?

Yes. We provide free, no-obligation inspections so you can understand the condition of your roof and make an informed decision.
  • What happens during a roof inspection?

We inspect more than just your roof. Our team looks for storm-related damage throughout your property, inside and out, including roofing, gutters, siding, windows, fencing, ceilings, walls, and other affected areas. We'll take clear photos, document our findings, and explain what we see. If there's damage, we'll discuss your options. If there isn't, we'll tell you that too.
  • How long does a roof inspection take?

Usually 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the size and complexity of the property.
  • Can you work with my insurance adjuster?

Yes. We regularly meet with adjusters, provide documentation, and answer questions to help ensure that damage is properly evaluated.
  • Can a new roof lower my home insurance premiums?

It can. Many insurance companies offer discounts for impact-resistant roofing systems or newer roofs. Because every policy is different, we recommend checking with your insurance provider. If you're interested in impact-resistant roofing, we're happy to discuss available options.
